To see opportunities linked to specific account select opportunities option at the right corner 

To add any new opportunity to that account, select the add option. An Opportunity creation form will appear on the screen. You can create an opportunity from there.

To add from existed opportunity to that account select view all option. It leads to existing opportunities then link the intended opportunity to that account.
